Even though I study at a partner I still get all the benefits of being at uni. I'm a member of the Christian Union, the university gym and the climbing club, just a few of the many activities available for all students to enjoy.

I am just about to finish a National Diploma and really want to stay at the college to do the Foundation degree. The facilities here are great and you couldn't wish for a better location to study an outdoor course.

I wasn't looking to go to university but still wanted to make sure I had the same career options as everyone else. Studying part-time is hard when you work but has its rewards and I would recommend it to anyone in the same position as me.

I decided I wanted a break from my busy career which frequently took me across the world. Stonework had always been a passion of mine and this course was perfect because I also had family near by. I'd now consider a career in stonework rather than returning to the rat-race.
