Arrival Procedures

  • Please bring with you some form of identification and a passport sized photograph in order to collect your keys, which will only be issued if all the necessary paperwork, deposit and arrangements for rent payments have been received
  • Please ensure that you let us know of any change in your expected date of arrival. If you have not already indicated your expected date of arrival please advise us by telephone (01202 965385) or e-mail accommodation@bournemouth.ac.uk before 14 September, ensuring that you include details of the residence to which you have been allocated.
  • You will need to provide your own iron, cutlery, cooking utensils, crockery, bedding, pillows, bed linen, towels and tea towels as detailed in your copy of the Rules and Information. Please remember that bedrooms are single rooms and space is limited
  • We strongly recommend that you limit the number of belongings that you bring with you.

Student Village

Please report to the Accommodation Office on the first floor of the Student Centre and adjacent to the Student Village on your expected day of arrival.

Cranborne House

Please report to Reception at Cranborne House on your expected day of arrival.

Hurn House

Please report as indicated on your expected day of arrival.

Please ensure that family and friends remain with the car whilst you collect your keys as space is very limited.

Short term parking is available for unloading only.

Studland House is about 50 yards to the right of Hurn House as you face the building.

Unilet Shared Houses

Please report as indicated on your expected date of arrival.

Please ensure that family and friends remain with the car whilst you collect your keys in order to avoid congestion in the Student Hall

Abbotsbury House

Please report as indicated on your expected date of arrival.
