Corfe House will provide 308 single en-suite study bedrooms arranged in self-contained flats.

Each flat will comprise five to six bedrooms each, a kitchen and living area.

The building will be permanently staffed by Unite and will have a live-in, on-site Residential Tutor.

Rooms will be allocated by Bournemouth University while the building will be managed by Unite.

Standard Rooms

All standard rooms offer:

  • En-suite facilities (with shower)
  • Single beds, 4ft (1.2m) wide
  • Internet connection
  • Disabled access.

Standard rooms are available for a 42-week period and will be in the region of £84 per week.

Premium Rooms

Premium rooms offer the above facilities, and are finished to a higher specification.

Premium rooms will be available for a 50-week contract period and will cost in the region of £90 per week.

Disabled Students

There will also be one studio flat available for disabled students.
