International Students

We understand and appreciate the difficulties for international students coming to the UK for the first time and try to ensure that you are given every assistance in finding suitable accommodation.

For students applying before 14 August:

International students (non EU) will be given priority in University accommodation, provided application forms are received from students with unconditional offers prior to 14th August.

Once an offer of a place has been made you will need to respond by accepting the Terms & Conditions and paying the deposit, which must be received within five days of receipt of offer.

For students applying after the 14th August:

If there are no places left in University accommodation you may be offered a room in a shared house or student hotel within a five mile radius of the University.

There is a database with on-line search facility for those seeking privately rented accommodation in houses and flats.
