Helping you Find a Property

The Student Advice Centre of the Student Union can offer students help with private accommodation such as:

• Checking contracts before you sign
• Recording your experience of letting agents and landlords
• Negotiating with landlords regarding matters such as non return of deposits.

The register contains up-to-date essential information and addresses on private lets and family accommodation.

The University does not inspect this type of accommodation and any contract made is solely between the student and landlord.
