Residence for first year undergraduates owned and managed by Unite plc, one of the largest student accommodation providers in the country.

Purbeck House is a residence for 518 students in cluster flats of five and six, located on Oxford Road, Bournemouth (close to Cranborne House, the Lansdowne and the Old Fire Station).

Although this is privately owned and managed, rooms are allocated by the accommodation service.
