Bus Transport and ParkingCranborne HouseThe University runs a subsidised bus service during the day to and from Talbot Campus.The bus stop is on the left as you leave the building from the main reception area. This service is very popular and at peak times may be congested. Try not to leave on the last bus before you have to be at Talbot Campus in case it is full. There is no parking available at Cranborne House, however there are cycle racks and a covered store (which has a few spaces for motorcycles). You need to pay a fee for the "swipe card" access to the store. Hurn HouseThere is no parking available at Hurn House. Cycle storage at Hurn House is on the first floor redundant car park. Always lock your cycle. Student VillageThere is no parking for students but students with special needs should contact the Accommodation Service. If you need to go to Lansdowne Campus during the day (weekdays) you should use the subsidised bus service running from outside the main entrance. Cycles can be attached to loops or you may use the store on Talbot Campus. Contact the Student Union in Poole House for a swipe card. Cycle StorageCycles must not be kept indoors. Staff may confiscate any found in bedrooms, corridors or kitchens. This is important for fire safety reasons. |
