TVs and Licensing< Back to Rent and Terms & Conditions of Residence Students using television sets are advised that Licences are required for them. Satellite television may not be hired since external television aerials/dishes are not permitted on University premises. If you have a separate TV in your room, an extra Licence is required to any obtained for a communal lounge. This is TV Licensing regulations and not the policy of the University. You will also need a Licence if you have a TV card in your computer. |
