Transfer Policy< Back to Rent and Terms & Conditions of Residence Transfers to other rooms, flats or halls are not normally permitted. If, however, a resident wishes to apply to move, then an application in writing must be made to the Accommodation Service and an interview with the Residential Services Manager may be required. Any transfer is at the sole discretion of the Accommodation Service Manager or Residential Services Manager whose decision is final. Any transfer is subject to availability and you will be notified upon application of the available vacancies. An administrative charge of £50 is made for any transfer. |
