All Halls and Unilet Houses

Things you need to bring with you:

• Bedding (sheets, pillows, duvets)
• Towels and tea towels
• Cups, saucers and plates
• Cutlery
• Cooking utensils and saucepans

Our rooms are single study bedrooms and the amount of storage space is limited. It is therefore advisable to bring the minimum amount of belongings with you to begin with, until you see how much space there is available.

Kitchen Items

Some items in the kitchen may be best bought in Bournemouth, perhaps jointly with your new flatmates, to avoid duplication (e.g. woks, casserole dishes, dinner services etc).

TVs and Music Players

If bringing your own television for your room, we suggest that you use a smaller screen LCD (15 to 22 inch) or consider using the IP TV facility on your laptop, remembering that you´ll need to get a TV licence.

Large music systems are not practical - portable or mini-systems are best, mp3's are even better.

To be considerate to your neighbours, we suggest you purchase a set of headphones. We do not recomend bringing 'DJ decks', however if used with headphones you should avoid complaints!
