Contacting the Accommodation Service< Back to the Unilet Survival Guide The University is your landlord - please direct all queries to the Accommodation Service, not the property owner. To ensure the smooth running of the Unilet scheme every shared house is allocated a Property Supervisor who will visit regularly to check on the house and assist you with any queries or concerns. The name and phone number of your property supervisor will be supplied to you at your house. We will try to inform you if tradesmen, the owner or we are due to call at the property. Occasionally it will be necessary for people to call without an appointment, but take care to ensure that callers are authorised by the University or the property owner. Please do not enter into discussions with gas or electric salespeople and do not let strangers into the property. |
