Maintenance< Back to the Unilet Survival Guide The following notes are intended to help you solve the most basic maintenance issues yourself. If any other problem with the house comes to light, one person from the house should inform the property supervisor as soon as possible – small problems can become big ones if left, and you may be held responsible if further damage is caused. Non urgent maintenance problems should be reported using the online Maintenance Request Form. If the matter is an emergency, do not use the form but report as follows: During office hours Out of office hours It is your responsibility to inform the Accommodation Office if a maintenance problem is not resolved to your satisfaction. It also helps us to know about jobs that have been satisfactorily completed. Please also note that if we have to attend to a maintenance item that has been caused by misuse of the property (e.g. putting fat down the sink) we will have to make a charge.
