University Managed Housing (Unilet) University Residences

The University manages a range of shared houses that conform to standards set by us to meet all legal safety requirements.

Students will be allocated a room in a shared house.

The property will be within four miles of the University’s main campus.
The letting agreement and 41 week licence is with the University
Rent is paid direct to the University termly by Direct Debit or debit/credit card.
Houses are checked and conform to our standards.

Please contact the University's Accommodation Office for further information on living in University Managed Shared Houses.

Students are required to agree to the Terms & Conditions of the offer for the Period of Residence.

This is a contractual agreement and you will therefore be liable for the rent for the entire period of the residence, as detailed in the offer .

The Accommodation Office also has a Private Lets Register of properties in the area to help students who intend to let a property privately from a landlord.

The Unilet Messageboard is a communication point for all students in Unilet shared houses in the area.

It will be monitored and we reserve the right to refuse access to anyone posting unsuitable comments.
