How much will this cost?

The cost for the introduction only letting service is 3%, plus VAT, of the total rental income (excluding utilities).

This is payable within 28 days of the contract being formed and includes the following:

  • Introduction of tenants for the property
  • Taking up references and guarantors
  • Preparing Assured Shorthand Tenancy Agreement
  • No let, no fee

Additional costs for letting a property through Bournemouth University Letting Service are dependent on the number of letting bedrooms. The minimum fee is £250, plus VAT.
