How much will this cost?

This will depend on a variety of factors, for example number and size of bedrooms, distance from University, quality of decoration and furnishing. All houses are inspected by the Head Tenancy Manager and an offer made accordingly.

As an indication, a typical Unilet property will provide a rental income of £2000 per bedroom (plus or minus 10%) for the 44-week Agreement period.

The University will arrange to pay you on or before the first of each month by Direct Debit, leaving you free from financial uncertainties. The first payment will be on or before the 1st of October.
