Claudia AguaciaI decided to apply to BU because I found the University had the most complete programme in forensic archaeology. Studying here gave me not just a good scientific foundation, but also the skills to practice the procedures, methodologies and analysis involved in fieldwork.

Matthew CaseI chose BSc (Hons) Heritage Conservation as it sounded a unique and interesting course and BU was also close to my family home in Dorset. The University has a great learning support department; this was really important to me as I'm dyslexic.

Andrew FisherI am 24 years old and have recently completed a three year Bachelor of Science degree in Ecology and Wildlife Conservation. I searched a few Universities, but Bournemouth really caught my eye.

Dr James MorrisAs an undergraduate archaeologist I developed a keen interest in animal and human bones and I wanted a Masters course that would help me develop that passion into a career. The Bournemouth MSc in Osteoarchaeology was ideal as it is extremely well balanced, with students gaining practical skills as well as theoretical knowledge.

Ann ThorntonBack in 2006, I was reading 'A Short History of Nearly Everything' and read the sentence, "...the average lifespan is 750,000 hours." As I was in a very unfulfilling job at the time, I began to think about a change of career and making more of those precious hours.
