Impacts of environmental change
We have observed and predicted the impact of environmental change (e.g. caused by climate change, habitat loss and fragmentation, and biological invasions) on a diverse range of species and habitats, at scales ranging from local to global.
Central to much of this research is the use of geoinformatics to detect changes in the environment and associated changes in biodiversity. Specific details of our research projects are given below.
