The Centre for Well Being and Quality of Life spent a very successful away day at Trill farm in Devon this October.

The farm owned by Dr Romy Fraser is set in 300 acres of beautiful hills and woodland on the Devon/Dorset Border where it provides opportunities to learn sustainable living and skills for the future.

The aim of the day was to allow time and space for CeWQoL staff to connect and network with a particular focus on the development of programme teams and their work.

The chief aim was, through access to this restorative environment, to enhance our own quality and life and wellbeing through a mixture of group work and outdoor activity on the farm.

Good food, company and weather meant our aims were well accomplished.
