Bournemouth University has created a unique programme in partnership with providers to develop and improve quality of service.

What do we mean by PDU?

Practice Development is a broad term that covers a range of approaches to care improvement work that is client focused and uses processes based on teamwork and collaboration.

Teams are encouraged to question and challenge current practice and, by using current evidence, improve services. The practice development programme ensures the evolution and sharing of proven best practice. Successful accreditation promotes robust excellence in practice.
