Researchers in the centre engage with opportunities for internal and external collaboration and cross-disciplinary research and comprise academics, research fellows, doctoral students and visiting fellows, forming a strong research community of more than 40 individuals.

CRiM incorporates staff previously associated with the Centre for Organisational Effectiveness (COE) and the Centre for the Study of Organisational Relationships (CSOR).
