Consultancy
The Centre for Research in Management is the focal point for all research conducted within the Management Academic Group within the Business School.
Associated with this centre, and also drawing on much of the expertise in CRiM, is the SME Group. This Group undertakes consultancy and enterprise activity.
The SME Group
The SME Group undertakes all consultancy and enterprise activity within the Management Academic Group. Whilst SMEs are a priority, members of this Group have worked with organisations of varying size from many different industry sectors. Recent work has included:
- Building management expertise
- Improving organisational performance
- Growth through innovation
- Development of SMEs
- Sustainable community development
- Evaluation of South West regional projects
Although located in the Management Academic Group, the SME Group draws on the expertise of staff from all areas of the Business School to provide client specific teams.
