The Centre for Research in Management (CRiM) is delighted to host a presentation by Professor Paul Jackson of Manchester Business School who will discuss 'Mergers: A view from the outside and from the inside'.
Paul will focus on making a merger a success through human factors. The talk will cover strategic choice & positioning, RBV approaches to mergers, social identity theory, cognitive framing, leadership. The talk will draw on theoretical literature in management and social psychology, as well as practical experience in a senior management role of making a merger work in MBS.
