Centre for Legal Studies
The Centre for Legal Studies (CLS), incorporating the Centre for Intellectual Property and Policy Management , undertakes research across a range of legal specialisms. The Centre encourages research by providing a forum within which novel ideas can be debated and disseminated. Scholars in CLS are engaged in a range of approaches including doctrinal, socio-legal, empirical and interdisciplinary. Research is mainly organised within themes in which staff have a particular expertise.
