Law plays a vital role in providing the conditions in which businesses can prosper. The business group of the Centre for Legal Studies concentrates on:
- The regulatory framework for business;
- The role of law, especially company law and banking law, in business structure, finance and governance; and
- The impact of law on key relationships in business, including contract law, consumer law and employment law.
