SchemesBU has a legal responsibility to eliminate unlawful discrimination, eliminate harassment and promote equality of opportunity for people, in relation to race, disability and gender. The law requires that all public authorities have a scheme of work for race, disability and gender equality, which sets out how we will achieve this. Each scheme highlights how we've consulted stakeholders, gathered information and considered equality objectives.
