Advice to Students with Additional Support Needs
If you have any additional learning need (specific learning difference, mental health issue, medical condition, sensory impairment, developmental disorder or mobility issue) that might result in additional academic support being required, it is important to ensure that you include them on your Direct Application form.
In addition, we recommend that you arrange a visit to BU or write directly to us so that we can discuss your own personal requirements and support we have available.
International disabled students are not entitled to a grant from the UK government to cover any disability support costs, so prior to entry, you should make every effort to secure funding from your own country or sponsor to pay for any support requirements.
