Cognitive Behavioural Coaching - This one-day workshop demonstrates how the cognitive behavioural approach can be used to alter such thinking by challenging underlying beliefs and by providing practice in the types of behaviours we can use to reinforce our 'new' effective ways of thinking.
Applications of Psychology - This course aims to provide you with an understanding of how psychology is currently applied in a variety of real-world situations, such as with developmental psychology (Autism; Educational psychology, Dyslexia and learning to read). As well as other areas such as social interaction in older communities, brain imaging & neuroscience, encouraging 'green' and 'healthy' behaviour.
Creative Design - Gain new insights into the creative process as an activity and learn to initiate creative thinking and communication through creative design methods.
