International Students' Orientation Programme (ISOP)
When you start your course with us, we will provide you with all the information you need to be happy and successful during your time at BU. We know that sometimes international students need extra help with some things, like immigration or information about adjusting to life in the UK. The orientation sessions that we run will make sure that you feel supported and you know who to ask if you have any questions or problems.
Further useful pre-arrival information:
Have a look at the Arriving Students webpage for useful information about starting your studies at BU, including the International Student Handbook.
BU International Students on YouTube
To get an idea of what to expect when you arrive at BU, look at this short film, created by three Media School students at BU last year. It includes interviews with new international students who had just arrived at BU to begin their studies. The students talk about their first impressions of the University, the UK and the people here.
