Pre-Masters course students
If you are studying on a Pre-Masters preparation course through a language school, this will be taken into consideration by BU as part of your application. Your previous academic qualifications will be the main consideration, however, and a Pre-Masters will not normally allow you direct entry to a Masters degree if you are not already qualified to Bachelors degree level.
For example, if you have studied a Higher National Diploma, two-year Foundation Degree or a similar course below Bachelors level, the Pre-Masters would not usually be accepted and you would instead be advised to take a one year Bachelors Top-up course.
