How to Apply

Applications for certain postgraduate courses may be submitted and tracked electronically by you via BU's Online Applications system (please see Course Search for course eligibility). If your chosen course does not accept online applications, or you do not have regular access to a computer connected to the internet, you can download, complete and submit a hard-copy BU Direct Application form.



International students

BU has an International Admissions Team that is dedicated to ensuring your application is dealt with efficiently and quickly. The team will be able to keep you up to date with the status of your application.

The University works in partnership with official representatives in a number of different countries. Our representatives can help you to complete your application and answer general questions about studying at BU.

Students from Nigeria

To ensure that we are able to deal efficiently with the increase in interest in BU, all enquiries and applications from Nigerian students are now processed by our representatives in Nigeria, British Canadian International Education (BCIE).

How do I provide evidence of my qualifications?

Please do not send original transcripts along with your application, we only require copies to assess applications. Should you be successful in your application, you will need to present your original documents at enrolment. We will not be held liable for loss of original documentation sent during the admissions process.
