Scholarships

BU is delighted to offer a range of scholarships to students who are beginning their postgraduate studies at BU in the 2012/13 Academic Year (September 2012 and January 2013 entry).

BU Awards (The Media School)

• The Dean’s Scholarship - UK/EU postgraduate students beginning their course in September 2012.
• Creative & Media Education Scholarship - UK applicants who are teachers in schools, Further Education and Higher Education.

BU Awards (School of Applied Sciences)

• BU School of Applied Sciences Postgraduate Scholarship - UK/EU residents who have been made an offer on any taught postgraduate (Masters) degree in the School of Applied Sciences at BU.

BU Awards (The Business School)

• The Business School Postgraduate Scholarship - UK/EU residents who have been made an offer on any taught postgraduate (MA/MSc) degree in the Business School at BU.
• MBA Director's Scholarship - UK/EU residents who have applied for the MBA course in the Business School at BU.
• The Business School MBA Scholarship - UK/EU residents who have applied for the MBA course in the Business School at BU.
• Career in Law Progression Scholarship - UK/EU residents who are BU graduates and who have applied for a taught postgraduate (Masters) or the Graduate Diploma in Law/CPE course in BU's Business School.

BU Awards for all Schools

• BU Vice-Chancellor's Scholarship - international students who are resident in Ghana, Indonesia, Nigeria, Russia or Vietnam and who have applied to study a taught postgraduate (Masters) course at BU.
• BU - Commonwealth Shared Scholarship Scheme - international students who are resident in developing Commonwealth countries who have applied to study an eligible taught postgraduate (Masters) degree at BU.
• BU International Postgraduate Scholarship - international students who have applied to study a taught postgraduate (Masters) course in most BU Academic Schools.

School Awards (The Business School)

• The Business School Postgraduate Scholarship - international students who have been made an offer on any taught postgraduate (MA/MSc) degree in the Business School at BU.
• MBA Director's Scholarship - international students who have applied for the MBA course in the Business School at BU.
• The Business School MBA Scholarship (International) - international students who have applied for the MBA course in the Business School at BU.
• Career in Law Progression Scholarship - international students who are BU graduates and who have applied for a taught postgraduate (Masters) or the Graduate Diploma in Law/CPE course in BU's Business School.

School Awards (School of Health & Social Care)

• School of Health & Social Care International Research Collaboration Scholarship – This scholarship is offered to international students who have applied to study any full-time Postgraduate Research degree in the School of Health & Social Care.

School Awards (The Media School)

• The Media School Postgraduate Scholarship - international students who have applied for any taught postgraduate (Masters) degrees in the Media School at BU.
• Reham al-Farra International Scholarship in Journalism - international students who have applied to study the MA Multi-Media Journalism course.

School Awards (School of Tourism)

• School of Tourism Dean's Scholarship - international students who are resident in Brazil, Russia, South Korea or Vietnam and who have applied to study any Masters course in the School of Tourism.

BU International Partnership Scholarships

• BU International Partnership Scholarship - Jai Hind College, India - international students who have applied for any taught postgraduate (Masters) or Top-up degree in The Media School, The Business School or School of Design Engineering & Computing at BU.
• BU International Partnership Scholarship: Communication University of China - international students from the Communication University of China (CUC) who have applied to study a postgraduate taught Masters degree in The Media School at BU.
• BU International Partnership Scholarship: Beijing Normal University (BNU) Zhuhai Campus, China - international students from Beijing Normal University (BNU) in China who have applied to study for an eligible postgraduate course at BU.
• BU International Partnership Scholarship: Beijing Jiatong University (BJU) China - international students from Beijing Jiatong University (BJU) in China who have applied to study for an eligible postgraduate course at BU.
• BU International Partnership Scholarship: Capital Normal University (CNU) China - international students from Capital Normal University (CNU) in China who have applied to study for an eligible postgraduate course at BU.
• BU International Partnership Scholarship: University of Sharjah (UoS) U.A.E. - international students from University of Sharjah (UoS) in U.A.E. who have applied to study for an eligible postgraduate course at BU.
