This scholarship is offered to students from Communication University of China (CUC) who have applied to study a taught postgraduate (Masters) degree at The Media School at BU beginning in September 2012, and who can demonstrate they already have an outstanding academic and personal profile.

Who is eligible to apply for this scholarship?

You must be resident in China at the time of application. You must be studying a postgraduate course at CUC at the time of applying for this scholarship.

To which courses does this scholarship apply?

All full-time taught Masters degrees offered within the Media School.

How much is the scholarship worth?

£2,000.

How is this scholarship paid?

Scholarships are paid by a reduction in tuition fee.

An outstanding academic profile relevant to your course
Information provided in your course application form highlighting how you are likely to be an asset to the course.

Other information about this scholarship

Recipients of this scholarship cannot be in receipt of any other BU scholarship
Financial need will not be taken into consideration.

How do I apply?

There is no formal application process for this scholarship. All CUC applicants holding an offer of a place on a Media School Masters course at 31 July 2012 for September 2012 entry will be considered.

When will I hear if I have been successful?

The successful applicant will be notified within four weeks of the decision being made.
