Corfe House
Opened in 2007 in Poole Town Centre comprising of 308 single en-suite study bedrooms arranged in 5- or 6-bedroom flats. Standard rooms (for a 42-week period) will be in the region of £100 per week all inclusive of bills and internet connection to each room. There is a direct University bus service to Talbot Campus from Corfe House.

Purbeck House

Lyme Regis House
This brand new 400 bed Hall of Residence is located in Bournemouth Town Centre, close to the Student Union "Old Fire Station" nightclub facility, and other Halls at the Lansdowne campus. Accommodation is arranged in 5 bedroom cluster flats with ensuite shower rooms and a shared lounge/kitchen area. 10 self contained studio apartments are also available. Rents for cluster flats are likely to be in the region of £101 per week, and £116 per week for a studio apartment.
Hurn House

We make sure that the houses meet all the legal safety requirements, and your agreement will be with us, not a private landlord. Private Accommodation
The University has its own letting service, BU Letting Service, for private accommodation. Rents vary between approximately £65 and £80 per week exclusive of bills.
