Bridgwater College

The College Accommodation Team looks after the needs of our university level and International Students living away from home. Early booking is recommended as accommodation is arranged on a 'first come, first served' basis. If you are allocated a place, you will receive notification of the accommodation we have booked for you well before the start of your course.

Halls

Residential accommodation (Cannington - 5 miles from campus) is available for students who do not live locally.

Jeane's Hall has recently undergone a £1.1m refurbishment and offers en-suite bed-sits or rooms with a hand basin and access to a communal bathroom. All rooms are equipped with the following:

Students have access to:

Home stay

This is hosted accommodation of a high standard in regularly inspected homes near the College. Home Stay typically includes:

House/flat sharing

Private houses and flats are available to rent. These would be self-catering and all your running costs (heating, lighting, etc.) would be paid direct to the owner/landlord. A deposit will be required (which will be returned provided all bills have been paid and there has been no damage to the property) and one month's rent in advance. The Accommodation Office is situated within the Student Support Office and holds details of private houses and flats available.
