Preston Hall Student Accommodation, 61a Preston Road, Yeovil
The University Centre Yeovil has access to recently refurbished student accommodation, managed within the private sector, situated within walking distance of the town and the University Centre itself.
Accommodation features:
- Single furnished rooms on a self-catering basis, equipped with wash hand basin and broadband Internet access
- Shared bath/shower and toilet facilities
- Shared kitchen facilities
- Communal lounge
- Central heating
- Laundry room
- Garden and patio area
- Rent is approximately £60-65 per week including gas, water and electricity and is payable termly in advance.
An accommodation list is published annually in August and is an introductory service to other sources of accommodation in the private sector within Yeovil.
