What are School Open Days?
School Open Days (invite only) are for students who have already applied to study at BU.
They are a great way for you to learn more about the University and get more detailed information about course you have applied to. Some students will be invited to attend an interview at BU and will also have the opportunity to find out more about their campus and the campus during this visit.
Who can come to a School Open Day?
Once you have applied to BU you will be invited to attend a School Open Day (invite only) or an interview, details of which will be in your offer letter.

What will the School Open Day involve?
These days will vary depending on the course you have applied for, however you will get the chance to:
- Attend talks by our academic staff from your course with the opportunity to ask questions
- Let one of our current students show you round the campus
- Attend useful talks on various areas of studying at university, including financing your studies, accommodation, student life and tips for your UCAS application.
How do I book a School Open Day?
You have to have applied to BU to attend a School Open Day (invite only) and will need your UCAS ID number and date of birth to register.
