Award Ceremonies
The Award Ceremony is a formal occasion at which student awards are conferred and provides a fitting occasion to celebrate their achievement in the company of family, friends and fellow graduates.

Partner Ceremonies
Bournemouth and Poole College, Degree Centre Weymouth and Kingston Maurward will be invited to attend a ceremony at BU.
University Centre Yeovil, Bridgwater College and Wiltshire College hold their own ceremonies. Please see the following links for more information:
Ceremony Timetable
Each Award Ceremony last approximately two hours. Guests are asked to be seated 15 minutes before the start time of the Ceremony.
The order of proceeedings is as followings:
- Processions of the Platform Party
- Welcome to Ceremony by the Chancellor / Pro-Chancellor
- Presentation of Honorary Graduate
- Presentation of Awards and Prizes
- Report from the Vice-Chancellor
- The National Anthem
- Retiring Processions.
