Enterprise and knowledge transfer are seen as complementing the school’s well-established reputation for research and as provider of undergraduate and post graduate educational programmes. Enterprise is co-ordinated through the centre for practice development which links our in-house expertise of staff from a wide variety of professional and academic backgrounds to individuals, teams and organisations in the public, private and voluntary sectors.

We offer consultancy, facilitation and support services. These include outlining new learning opportunities in work based settings, evaluation of research and an approach to accredit multi professional teams through practice development unit accreditation.
