In the brave new world both education and practice have a role to play in influencing new and existing practitioners into maintaining both their clinical as well as research activity in practice. Building research capacity in the clinical arena is imperative. This will provide an opportunity for you to gain a greater understanding of the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) Clinical Academic Training Pathways.
Presentations will include a perspective from the funder (NIHR), panellist and the successful candidate. There will be facilitated group work to explore key aspects of developing a successful proposal.
