People are fundamental to the success of HSC.
Staff
HSC Staff are engaged in a wide range of activities including course design and delivery, research and enterprise and come from varying backgrounds, bringing a wealth of experience with them.
In addition to their academic work, many staff in HSC are also actively engaged in practice outside the University. HSC is unique amongst Bournemouth University's Schools in having a large staff base of 'Lecturer Practitioners', staff who are employed by health & social care agencies but who are seconded to HSC on a part-time basis and who can provide an up to the minute view of their areas of specialism.
