Gibraltar: The Economic Impact of Tourism on the Economy of Gibraltar. A study undertaken on behalf of the British Government and the Government of Gibraltar, funded by the ODA.

Gibraltar: A Family Income and Expenditure Survey Report was also undertaken for the Government of Gibraltar at that time. The first economic model was constructed in 1978 and was used, to great effect by the government until the frontier circumstances with Spain changed. The Government of Gibraltar subsequently commissioned the construction of a new economic impact model in to take account of the structural changes of the intervening years.

Gibraltar: The Effect of the Ministry of Defence Withdrawal from Gibraltar: An Economic Analysis, for the Government of Gibraltar. Following declarations by the UK government to reduce the size of the MOD in Gibraltar, this study determined the effect that this reduction would have on each sector of the Gibraltar economy and upon income, employment and government revenue levels.

Malta: The Economic Impact of Tourism on the Maltese islands. A study undertaken in conjunction with an associate consultancy.

Cyprus Freys Farm: A Conceptualisation Study. A study funded by the Cyprus Tourism Organisation to determine the optimum use of a site in Cyprus located on the outskirts of Paphos. The study resulted in the suggested site development being put out to tender in 1997.

Cyprus: Airport Development Strategy for Cyprus. This project was funded by the Commonwealth Office of the United Kingdom.

Athens: Planning and specifying requirements for Congress/Arts Centres funded by the Greek Government Agency.

Kos: Planning and specifying requirements for Congress/Arts Centres funded by the Kos Medical Foundation.

Nicosia: Planning and specifying requirements for Congress/Arts Centres funded by the Cyprus Government.
