IT Services is responsible for providing academic and administrative computing, networking and applications, audiovisual and media services along with support for centrally managed teaching space.
IT Services is customer focused and continually seeking to raise its professional standard through the adoption of the ITIL framework for best practice in IT Service Management and PRINCE2 framework for project management.
IT Services enhances the learning, teaching, research and management of the University through:
