Access from Home
If you are working from home and want to access your emails or the I drive or your H drive please do the following
- Start your internet browser
- enter the portal URL http://portal.bournemouth.ac.uk
- to access your emails click the envelope icon on the right hand side
- you will be promted to login
- remember to type STAFF\ before your user name
- please remember to log out of Outlook when finished
- you can access myBU via the portal by clicking on the myBU icon
- you may want to read the Using Exchange 2007 document about using Outlook Web Access [OWA].

Read Using Exchange 2007 for details on how to change your password whilst away from the University. Do this via Outlook Web Access.
