This
website outlines the Library services that Bournemouth University, the
Arts Institute and the Colleges in the south west each provide for their
own students. You are welcome to use the libraries of institutions where
you are not a student, but they may not allow you to borrow books. |

| UK
Libraries Plus is a national co-operative venture between higher education
libraries. It enables part-time, distance learning and placement students
to borrow from other libraries in close proximity to where they live
or work. Visit the UK Libraries Plus web site at http://www.uklibrariesplus.ac.uk for

| SCONUL
hosts a national service whereby students on HE courses can access university
and higher education college libraries in the UK and Ireland on a vacation
membership scheme. This normally permits reference access, free of charge,
during the vacations. Some libraries may offer limited borrowing. Visit
the SCONUL website at: http://www.sconul.ac.uk/using_other_libraries/vacation.html for
more information or ask library staff for details. |
