Library and Learning Centre in 2006The completed LLC opened its doors in Janurary 2003 and is intended to meet the current and future needs of the university's academic community.
![]() Laptops are now common place and a security campaign encourages safety using cables and Chelsea Clips.
60% of loans and returns are self service in the Talbot Campus Library and Learning Centre. Over 250 computers are installed equipped with the latest low-energy flat screen displays.
Students are able to work safely and with access to help online, by telephone or in person. There are 8 study rooms and all the building is covered by wiFi giving access to 40,000 e-books and 18,000 e-journals. |
