A new service has just been launched which lets you see how many computers are currently free in The Sir Michael Cobham Library. The details are now showing on the wide-screen TV monitors on the Ground Floor of The Sir Michael Cobham Library. The system checks every two minutes to provide you with up-to-date information. (Computers in the MyPC booking system are not included). IT Services will very soon be launching a texting service about available PCs, so watch this space! |

We have produced a number of podcasts: short, audio commentaries, on services or facilities available from within The Sir Michael Cobham Library and Bournemouth House Library. These are available from the section, Finding your way around. Topics covered so far include: Additional Learning Needs, Self Service facilities and Study Spaces. You can easily download these to an audio player of your choice. They are particularly effective when used in conjunction with our Library floor plans. |
