A freely searchable database of full-text for US patents issued
from January 1976-present. 1790-1975 is only searchable by patent
numbers and current US Classifications. Full-page images are available
for most patents from 1790-present. Images are available as TIFF
files, one page at a time.

PEDro (Physiotherapy Evidence Database)

Bibliographic database produced by the Centre for Evidence Based
Physiotherapy, containing abstracts of randomized controlled trials,
systematic reviews and evidence-based clinical practice guidelines.

PILOTS (Published International Literature on Traumatic Stress) is a literature database produced at the headquarters of the National Center for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder in Vermont, USA. It contains references to all literature on post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and other mental-health sequelae of traumatic events worldwide. Document types covered include journals, books, book chapters, pamphlets, technical reports, and materials in all languages.

Prozone is an interactive football match analysis tool used by many professional coaches and sports journalists. It allows you to view matches and select various events in a game, e.g. goals and set pieces; check individual player statistics and analyse and compare team performances. Note: Medline is the largest component of PubMed and approximately 5,200 journals are currently indexed for Medline. A distinctive feature of MEDLINE is that the records are indexed with NLM's controlled vocabulary, the Medical Subject Headings (MeSH).
