Entry Requirements
The Bournemouth MBA is open to graduates of any discipline who have the required managerial work experience (normally a minimum of three years). It is also possible for non-graduates to enter if they can demonstrate an ability to both complete and benefit from the course.

Standard Entry
Applications will be considered from individuals with either:
- a UK Bachelor (Honours) degree (2:2 or above) or an non-UK equivalent
- GPA of 3.0
Non-Standard Entry
A number of places have been reserved for non-graduates who haves have significant managerial experience. To apply for one of these places you will need to provide:
- evidence of post-school education or qualifications and/or professional development. This could include, for example, attendance at courses even if they have not resulted in a qualification or employer-provided development programmes
- a portfolio of work experience, including evidence of the managerial content of work
- evidence of degree equivalent intellectual ability such as a GMAT score of 500+. Additionally, you may be required to pass a GMAT-type assessment test.
English Requirements
If English is not your first language, we accept any of the following English language tests and scores:
- IELTS: (Academic) 6.5 with a minimum of 6.0 in writing or equivalent.
- TOEFL 90 (Internet Based Test)
- Bournemouth University Preparatory English Programme (BUPEP)
