They are all freely available for download on the Internet, and are from trusted providers. Please check you have the latest version of each before starting your studies.
Once you have submitted your essay, report, or time constrained paper, marks and feedback/comments are provided online for you inside the Unit in which you submitted the work. These are accessible using the ‘My Grades’ link in the Unit navigation.
Submitting and assignment is done within the Unit in myBU, and a submission box will be created for you and highlighted in the ‘Assessment’ section of the Unit is myBU.
Please note: PLAGIARISM or COPYING is a serious academic offence and may incur severe penalties beyond a Fail Grade. Bournemouth University reserves the right to use electronic means to identify plagiarism.

Any assignment not submitted by the deadline at typically 12pm (Noon) will be recorded as late and awarded zero. Each unit will have its assignment submission date highlighted well in advance of the deadline in order for you to plan around it.
Remember, you can submit your assignment anytime before the deadline, and it is your responsibility to check you have you have the correct file uploaded prior to the deadline.
As a BU student, you are given a Bournemouth University email address which you can access via any Internet Browser and myBU.
Once your studies have begun this will be our primary method of contact with you; for both the Programme Leader and Administrative staff as well as the individual Unit Tutor.
You will be provided with a login for all University systems which will be in the form of a letter followed by 7 numbers, e.g. d1234567. In this example of a username, your email address would be email@example.com.
