Postgraduate Open Afternoon

Our Postgraduate Open Afternoons offer an opportunity to learn more about studying at BU.

Come and visit us on Wednesday 12 March from 3.30 to 7.00pm to explore the wide range of postgraduate qualifications available.

The afternoon is ideal for all students who are currently studying (or have completed) their first degree and would like to study for an additional qualification to enhance their employability in the workplace.

You will be able to:

Attend subject area talks by senior academic staff
Take student-led tours of our Talbot Campus and see facilities relevant to your area of study (where appropriate)
Find out about accommodation and finance options
Meet members of staff from each Academic School and ask any questions you might have.

Current Masters student Joanna Jasinska says that her decision to study at BU was confirmed by the warm welcome she received from her first enquiry: “I wanted to ask some questions about the degree just to make sure it was suitable,” says Joanna, who is working towards her MSc in Tourism & Events Management. “The staff went out of their way to help. It's this hospitality that makes BU a very friendly environment to study in.”
